About the Chef

Matthew Clark

Born and raised in Hawke's Bay, Matthew has an unrivaled passion for food and wine. He has gathered around 10 years of experience within the hospitality industry. From wineries to cafes to some of Auckland's most famous restaurants.

Bringing a private restaurant experience into the comfort of your own home is now Matthew's passion.

"I was trained as a Chef at one of the most prestigious training courses in New Zealand - Sky City Auckland. It's from there I worked along side some of New Zealand's greatest chefs. I cannot wait to show you my Private Dining Experience, come and see what we can offer!"
